The new episodes of "I Am Cait" have been causing the show to have higher ratings as of late.

A part of the latest episode caught Caitlyn bonding with her daughter, Kim Kardashian. As published By Entertainment Tonight Online, the clip features the former olympiad trying to do a more feminine voice. According to her daughter, Kim, this is so people over the phone can recognize her as a woman and not a man.

"Let's hear it," said Kim. "I'll tell you if you get a 'Yes, ma'am,'" After which, Kim pretended to be front desk as Cait would pretend she is on the other line. "'Front desk,'" She said. "Hey this is room service! How can I help you?'"

"Yes, actually you can help me," Caitlyn answered.

"You sound no different!" Kim interrupted, after which, both laughed it off. While it seemed like fun and games, "I Am Cait's" ratings were increased due to what transpired in the clip afterwards. Caitlyn told the camera that it's actually a bigger deal than most women think.

"Women cannot relate to the whole 'voice' thing," she said. "They don't see it as being that important. It is that important. Not only just for you to speak, and order and do all that kind of stuff, but it's very important for your soul that you're feeling good about that."

As fans know, Caitlyn also wrote about the issue with her voice thru her blog, that was quoted by the source cited above. She wrote this entry after her appearance at the recently concluded ESPYS awards.

"While I felt like I looked great and that the gown looked fabulous, I still have a voice issue," her entry read. "It's not quite right compared to my feminine appearance. That bothers me a little bit."

"However, I hope that people don't listen to the pitch of my voice, but listen to what I have to say," she added. "That's important to me."

New episodes of "I Am Cait" is set to keep the ratings high, airing every Sunday on E!
