Tiger Wood's ex-wife Elin Nordegren is dating her North Palm Beach, Fla. neighbor, billionaire Chris Cline.

Nordegren and Cline both live in the exclusive Seminole Landing luxury development.

A 33-year-old Swedish former model, Nordegren shot to international fame when it was revealed in November of 2009 that her husband, pro golfer Tiger Woods, was having sex with several other women.

She filed for divorce soon after, in 2010.

According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Nordegren has been dating her new billionaire boyfriend for several months.       

"Elin and Chris have been dating since the holidays," an anonymous source told the paper.

Cline is worth an estimated $1.2 billion, twice Tiger Wood's estimated worth, according to NESN.

The station reports Woods asked Nordegren to remarry him back in December on Christmas Day, getting down on one knee, a proposal she apparently refused.

Woods allegedly offered Nordegren a prenuptial agreement worth $200 million. His ex-wife reportedly responded that she wanted a $350 million cheating clause.

Sources tell Page Six that Nordegren and her billionaire "boyfriend" aren't even dating exclusively, so maybe Tiger still has a chance.

If so, that's a mighty big prenup.
