Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, is allegedly being kept away from him. According to a report from Hollywood Life, the child's mother, Nia Guzman, seems to be vindictive with the R&B star.

Sources close to the Grammy-winning artist said that Chris Brown talks to his daughter after every concert via Facetime. He supposedly gets very upset when Nia Guzman tries to keep Royalty away from him.

"He just sits there sad and starts to cry," said a source. "You've never seen a grown man cry until you see him being deprived of being a father to his child. That's where Chris is at."

"He goes to bed every night crying, thinking about his daughter and when he awakes, she's the first thing on his mind," the source narrated.

Another Hollywood Life report explained how Nia Guzman allegedly makes excuses so that Chris Brown could not talk to his daughter.

"The last four times he's tried to FaceTime Royalty, Nia had excuses," the source started.

"The first time she said Royalty was sleep. Chris was like, 'Okay cool, I'll call back in a couple of hours.' When he did that, Nia said she left and Royalty was with the nanny."

"[The third time], the screen on [Nia's] phone was cracked and she didn't want Royalty to accidentally cut herself," the source said, adding that Nia Guzman said they were at a family dinner the fourth time Chris Brown called.

However, an insider close to Nia Guzman explained that Royalty's mother is only making sure that Chris Brown's first priority is his daughter. The former music video vixen is particularly protective after armed men entered Chris Brown's home while he was on tour, even holding his aunt at gunpoint

"She was really upset," a source explained about Nia Guzman. "[He] would always have his mother Joyce around when he's with Royalty, just to give Nia that extra sigh of relief and comfort."
