Chester Castellaw, Paris Jackson's boyfriend, enjoys the support of her family as co-guardian TJ Jackson called the soccer player as "a good kid."

In an interview for Entertainment Tonight, he said, "I approve of him. No one's perfect, but he's a good boy, so I approve of him... He treats her well. She's happy."

However, TJ Jackson claimed that he's keeping close watch over cousin Paris Jackson and her boyfriend Chester Castellaw to make sure they keep their priorities straight and not engage in extra-curricular activities and endangering their future in the process.

"It depends on which day you ask me," he added. "He's a good kid. He's an ambitious kid, you know. He's a teenage boy, so like any parent, guardian, step-parent or adopted parent, you gotta keep an eye on him. I was a young man too once, so I keep a close eye of him."

The 37-year-old was named by the court as co-guardian of Michael Jackson's kids after their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, suddenly went on vacation without alerting the proper authorities. TJ, the son of Tito Jackson, is clearly taking the guardianship seriously.

In a related report, Radar Online claimed that Paris Jackson has been turning to boyfriend Chester Castellaw for comfort after Joe Jackson suffered a stroke.

The insider claimed, "Paris is finally doing so well and has overcome so much, but she is still very, very fragile. Paris is Joe's baby and she is his heart. She is the youngest of the female Jacksons and she is super close with her granddaddy."

In May this year, the same tabloid claimed that Paris Jackson and Chester Castellaw are getting serious and it's a good thing they have the blessings of the family.

"The Jackson family actually really, really likes Chester and they have done a thorough check on him and his family," the insider told the tabloid. "They are not going to let just anyone steal the heart of their precious baby-girl."
