Details Of 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Kim Richards' Shoplifting Arrest Revealed!

Details regarding "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards' recent shoplifting arrest have emerged, according to International Business Times.

Apparently, the 51-year-old reality star has been living in her car at the time of her arrest on Aug. two. She has just come out of rehab in June, but has reportedly worn out her welcome in a friends' place, which is why she has moved into her car.

TMZ has learned explicit details about her recent booking for allegedly leaving a Target branch in San Fernando Valley, California, with stolen merchandise worth $600.

According to TMZ, Richards was spotted filling reusable bags she took from the store itself with items from the dollar section. After filling the bags, she purportedly loaded them in shopping carts and casually walked out of the store.

It appears that the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Kim Richards stole sheets of stickers, lint rollers, makeup cases, bags of animal crackers and some other stuff. She has gone about three feet from the store when a security guard placed her under citizen's arrest.

The source cited above further reported that when Richards was questioned about the incident, she allegedly said she could not remember if she paid for the items or not.

The incident has supposedly prompted her family to consider placing her under an involuntary psychiatric hold or a 5150 hold. This means Richards will be forcibly entered into a treatment facility, stay there and have a medical staff make decisions concerning her care.

Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump, one of her co-stars in "RHOBH" said Richards' recent arrest was not surprising, considering the latter has been struggling with sobriety issues.

According to Inquisitr, Vanderpump was asked Richards should return to the show, but the former said it's not in her power to decide who gets to be on the show and who doesn't.

"Whenever somebody is on the show, they're on the show for a reason, and sometime the dynamic changes, not everybody is happy with certain choices," she reportedly said. "But there's been a lot being said about me having the power to eliminate cast members. We don't get that power."

However, producers of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" fired Kim Richards following her Apr. 16 arrest for public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery. With her most recent brush with the law, it seems all possible chances of a "RHOBH" comeback are ruined.
