Jessica Biel Proves She's One Hot Mama As Justin Timberlake's Wife Parades Post-Baby Body

Jessica Biel showed off her post-baby body as she's back to her sexy figure before giving birth to baby Silas in April.

"The actress, who gave birth to her first child, Silas, with hubby Justin Timberlake, 34, four months ago, has already bounced back - and her tight workout clothing drew extra attention to her firm figure," said Hollywood Life.

"From her svelte waistline to her toned legs, all her hard work is clearly paying off. The star was spotted in LA, getting into her car after a workout at Rise Movement fitness studio on Aug. 14 - and even in her dressed-down get-up she still managed to steal the spotlight!"

Justin Timberlake's wife wore printed gray tank top and black cut-off leggings for the gym session. She completed her look with a pair of Nike trainers aviator sunglasses.

Jessica Biel has not been going out so much after giving birth to baby Silas, except for going on a date with Justin Timberlake or attending the wedding of her college buddy. This is the first time that the actress was snapped displaying in full her post-baby body.

Justin Timberlake's wife managed to achieve the sexy post-baby body through breastfeeding and also her Paleo diet, which reduces grains and sugars in the food intake. Jessica Biel has also lost weight in the past using the same diet.

Nutritionist Keri Glassman told Life & Style mag that it's a good way to lose the post-baby pounds without compromising the breastfeeding mother's health.

"It's very healthy, but she'll need to make sure she's meeting her postnatal calcium needs," she said.

Glassman added, "She incorporates a lot of variety into her workouts, which is important to help re-tone postnatal. If she's diligent, the weight will probably be gone by 12 weeks or so."

Judging from Jessica Biel's recent post-baby body, looks like the actress is right on schedule.
