Angelina Jolie shunned rumors that her marriage with Brad Pitt will lead to divorce as she revealed that the struggling couple they play in "By The Sea" movie is far from their real life situation.

The 51-year-old "Fury" actor and the 40-year-old "Maleficent" star, who are facing rumors about their possible divorce, are starring in a 1970s-themed movie "By The Sea."

Angelina Jolie said that the roles they portray are not similar to their marriage life but the "Tomb Raider" actress said that they cannot help but show real emotions while filming, Entertainment Weekly said in a report.

"Even though the characters are very different from us, when you act you still express real emotion," the A-list actress said.

Angelina Jolie wrote and directed "By The Sea," which is set to be release late this year.

The actress also gave a peek into the married life in consonance with their work.

"It's impossible to bring your work home with you when you have to snap out of it for your children," the "Salt" star said.

"It wasn't easy for either of us, but when we walked away, we were closer than we had been."

It is no secret that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie always bring their family with them whenever they travel abroad.

On October, Brad Pitt will start filming his new movie "War Machine," which is set to be filmed in Abu Dhabi.

In a report by The National, Brad Pitt will bring with him his wife Angelina Jolie and their children.

"Brad often flies Angelina and the kids out when he is working abroad and this will be no different," a source told.

The "Fury' actor was reported to have rented a property near their set, which is worth Dh73,000 a week.

According to previous reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are heading for divorce due to their differences. Rumors have it that the "World War Z" actor has gotten "tired" of his relationship with the "Maleficent" star because of the actress' controlling attitude.

Brad Pitt and Angelina have been together for almost a decade now after igniting romance on the set of their movie "Mr & Mrs. Smith."

They married last year in France and has six children.
