Caitlyn Jenner and LGBT advocate Chaz Bono were seen bonding for an episode of "I Am Cait." Daily Mail reported about the outing, where the former Olympian opened up to the former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant about her gender reassessment journey.

"In your transition - which obviously I was watching, and everybody else was watching - I know it's been a lot of hard work, but you've done a very good job and I was really glad to see that," she told the transgender son of music icon Cher.

In a confessional, Caitlyn Jenner explained why she wanted her and Chaz Bono to have personal bonding time.

"For the longest time I've wanted to talk to Chaz," she admitted.

"I met him at Dancing With the Stars briefly, and obviously I couldn't tell him my story. He came out publically before I did."

"So finally having the opportunity to spend some time with him-I think it's going to be great. I can learn a lot from him," she added.

Aside from meeting with Chaz Bono, E! Online reported that the 65-year-old reality star visited the LGBT center to meet with young members of the community and their parents.

"Sometimes it's good to go see how other families deal with issues like this," said the former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" patriarch.

"Hopefully I'll be able to learn something today so it can help with dealing with my kids."

Prior to filming the "I Am Cait' episode, the father-of-ten made news about her family's negative reactions to her cover story for Vanity Fair's June 2015 issue. The TV personality formerly known as Bruce Jenner opened up about her marriage to the infamous family "momager" Kris Jenner in the said tell-all.

"A lot of times she wasn't very nice," she said about her former spouse.

"People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money ... all that kind of stuff."

Huffington Post recently reported about how Kris Jenner's outspoken daughter, Khloe Kardashian, blasted her stepfather in a recent episode of "I Am Cait."

"In our opinion, you don't even need to mention our mom," she told Caitlyn Jenner. "Let's focus on the actual cause here, and let's not drag my mom through the mud."

According to E! News, Kim Kardashian also explained matters to Caitlyn Jenner. "[You] said, 'Had Kris been accepting to who I am, we still would be together.' And that's the most unfair thing in the world to say," she said.
