Kelly Clarkson is worried for baby number two. According to a report from PEOPLE's Celebrity Babies, the "Stronger" singer admitted that she is frightened about having a second child.

Fans of the pop star were surprised when Kelly Clarkson announced a baby is on the way for her and husband Brandon Blackstock. The big reveal took place during the Los Angeles leg of her current concert tour.

However, the first winner of hit reality singing competition "American Idol" opened up months ago about being scared of getting pregnant again.

"I'm frightened to have another one," Kelly Clarkson said about baby number two.

Kelly Clarkson's fears about a new baby is allegedly because of how her firstborn has been very easy to deal with.

"I'm just a little frightened because she's so perfect," the songstress said about her daughter, a 14-month girl named River Rose.

"I feel like something horrible's gonna come out of me. Because she's so great - like, the yin to her yang."

"But I won't put that out there. I'm gonna project happiness," Kelly Clarkson added about having a second baby.

Radar Online reported about how Kelly Clarkson admitted her pregnancy during a concert at Los Angeles' Staples Center last week.

"I was not planning on announcing this, but I'm totally pregnant," she shared to 20,000 attendees after her heart-felt rendition of the hit ballad "Piece By Piece."

"I didn't want you to think I was on pills or something," she jokingly added.

Kelly Osbourne then went on to share how her pregnancy is coming along.

"Everything is great. I haven't vomited yet, that's a win!" she gushed.

"I'm honestly so hormonal today - that's totally not how I wanted to announce that."

According to Entertainment Tonight, Kelly Clarkson opened up about how she hopes to have a baby boy.

"Honestly the only reason I am hoping for a boy is because they usually say if you're sick with a girl, you won't be with your boy. And if you are sick with the boy, you won't be with the girl," she detailed.

"I'm purely hoping it is a boy so I can have the most magically wonderful pregnancy."
