Chris Soules' visit in Chicago ignited rumors that he is bent on pursuing rumored ex-girflriend Whitney Bischoff as the former "The Bachelor" star is allegedly envious of current searchee, Ben Higgins.

According to CDL, Chris Soules alienated fans of "The Bachelor" with his antics as they reportedly found out that he was more interested in his fame rather than the woman he gave the final rose to, Whitney Bischoff.

"Chris Soules loves being in the spotlight, and being a little more than just another farmer from Iowa, so you can imagine how disgruntled he is about handing his Bachelor torch over to Ben Higgins - but sources say there is so much more to it," it said.

But there's another dimension to Chris Soules' jealousy of current "The Bachelor" star, Ben Higgins, and it involved Becca Tilley.

"Chris Soules was in love with runner-up Becca Tilley, but at the last minute Becca basically told him not to pick her and that she had no intention of marrying him," the tabloid added.

Apparently, in Chris Soules' eyes, Becca Tilley was the "one that got away."

However, a Twitter post from Becca Tilley reportedly only served to heighten the jealousy of Chris Soules some more.

When Ben Higgins' name was announced, Becca Tilley took to her social media to write, "Ben H is what most 26 yr old virgins named Becca are looking for."

Nevertheless, "The Bachelor" star Chris Soules reportedly wants to be back with Whitney Bischoff after ending their engagement.

"Bachelor Chris Soules arrived in Chicago on Saturday, tweeting to his fans that he was visiting the windy city," said Star Pulse. "Was he there to rekindle his relationship with Whitney Bischoff or preparing for a night partying with a close friend?"

Chris Soules getting back with Whitney Bischoff is unlikely at this point amid rumors that the former "The Bachelor" star cheated on her with his "DWTS" partner, Witney Carson, which caused the split.
