Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are dating again, according to the latest gossip news.

According to internet rumors Ben Affleck is recovering from his divorce from Garner with his former fiancé Jennifer Lopez. Lopez and Affleck have been in constant touch since his divorce with Jennifer Garner in July, according to Hollywood Life.

Reports say J Lo is breaking up with her current boyfriend, Casper Smart. There has been no official confirmation yet, but speculation says Ben will be publicly dating Lopez before his divorce is finalized in court. The "Booty" singer dated Affleck from 2002 to 2004.

Word on the "Bennifer" reunion comes on the heels that Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are planning to tie the knot in a private wedding.

"Ben and JLo have been talking and texting since he split with Jennifer. Ben never felt he was allowed to maintain a relationship with her as it would only make Jennifer jealous and angry," an insider told Hollywood Life.

"When news of him splitting came out JLo reached out to him just to see how he was holding up. Since then they have talked a few times and it's been really nice."

The source says Affleck and Lopez reunited to help the actor cope with his divorce.

"Jen knows what it's like to go through a rough divorce when you have young children," the source told Hollywood Life.

"She also really makes Ben laugh and was always super supportive. She believes in him so it was great for Ben to hear from her when he feels so down and out."

"They've spent hours reminiscing about the past, talking and emailing," an insider told Life & Style magazine. "He's always had a soft spot for Jennifer...She's the one that got away."

Jennifer Garner recently returned to her home in Brentwood, California after wrapping filming on her latest movie "Miracles From Heaven" in Atlanta.

"Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation. She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in," a source told People Magazine.

"Jen seems in good spirits and is almost back to her normal, positive personality," an insider told People magazin. "She's happy to get back to her usual, family routine with the kids in L.A."
