Rumored couple Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were seen enjoying lunch in Los Angeles on Sunday, a scene which could have made their followers ecstatic once again.

However, it can be observed in the photos that the two, who met while filming "The Amazing Spider-Man" in 2012, were not showing any public display of affection - or just holding each other's hands - while they were walking side-by-side, Perez Hilton divulged.

The sighting of them together was already the second time since summer, the first being in May.

"Their break announcement a few months ago really bummed us out, but thank the romance gods that things seem to be on the mend lately!," Perez Hilton said.

Despite his expressed optimism, the entertainment blogger stated that it could just be something "we'd like to assume."

While Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone appeared "pretty chill and relaxed," it can be observed that "they weren't holding hands, but they looked pretty close to doing it."

"Or are we being totally delusional?," Perez Hilton said.

Last week's report of Inquistr suggested that the relationship of the 32-year-old actor and the 26-year-old actress might be in trouble with the presence of Ryan Gosling, her on-screen partner in "La La Land" which is set to premiere in 2016.

The site stated that if the recent snaps of Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling were true, "the two's onscreen relationship maybe spilling over into the real world."

Meanwhile, apart from the rumors about his relationship with Emma Stone, recent news also talked about Andrew Garfield's frustration over his "Spider-Man" experience.

In an interview with the Indiewire's The Playlist, the multi-awarded actor shared that playing the movie's lead role brought him so much pressure.

"With a film like ['The Amazing Spider-Man'], there's so much projection and expectation that is inherent in taking on a story and character like that," he said.

"I was well up for the challenge, and I still am. I'm not going to shy away from something that a lot of people are going to see. Fuck it, bring it on, life's short," Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone's rumored beau, added.
