Dynamic Duo's Choiza Latest Artist To Release NOWorkend Single

For those of you who have not been following the Amoeba Culture NOWorkend Project, it's not too late.

Amoeba Culture, the Korean hip-hop record label behind the likes of Supreme Team, Zion.T, Planet Shiver, and Dynamic Duo, have been gradually releasing new singles from some of their most popular acts - and this is, hands down, the best hip-hop we've heard in a long time. More than that, it is definitely some of the best music released so far this year.

The fifth installment comes from Choiza of Dynamic Duo.

As with the other songs already released under the project, "Nothing (Going Down)" has insightful and thought-provoking lyrics with a steady beat that allows the listener to focus on the message. It also has a beautifully directed black and white music video and shows a new, more matured side of Choiza.

The single talks about losing that magic something in a relationship and the direct lyrics describe that that boredom that comes after there is nothing left to talk about.

Previous AmoebaCulture releases under this project include "Rhythm Is Life" by Gaeko, Yankie's "I.N.D.O," Zion.T's "Two Melodies" and "Stay Still" from Supreme Team.

These are not flashy tunes, they aren't incorporating killer riffs or excessive bass or unnatural editing. They are sincere, honest, and direct - beautifully executed and more about the art form and the message than selling records. What hip-hop is at its core and definitely worth taking a listen to.

In addition to releasing singles for the NOWorkend Project, Amoeba Culture also put on the 2013 Amoebahood Concert in Seoul last month, which showcased their immensely talented acts and welcomed back Supreme Team after a two-year hiatus.
