Group SHINee member Jonghyun has been at the hospital for the past 4 days due to his nose fracture from his car accident.

SM Entertainment stated, "He is still currently in the hospital. The swelling has not died down yet so we are waiting for it to die down in order to do surgery."

They have not confirmed a release date yet from the hospital and so he will not be able to attend Japan promotions.

Yesterday, the remaining members left for Japan to begin their Japan promotions. They are currently at number 2 on the Oricon single chart for their song, "Fire."

On April 1, Jonghyun hit the guardrail while driving home late at night.
