Hong Dae Kwang, who got his foot in the K-Pop door as a contestant on the fourth season of the reality singing competition show Superstar K, is all set to release his debut album later this month.

As a special treat for fans, on Friday the first promotional track from the album will be released. The self-written song, "Goodbye," is a duet with one of the most famous faces in the industry, SISTAR's Soyu.

Last month the singer-songwriter posted some the of the lyrics for the new single to his Twitter inciting an immediate fan response. It seems like his debut is long-overdue since his unfortunate elimination from Superstar K last year.

The teaser video for "Goodbye" was uploaded earlier this week and there has been a lot of chat around the internet as fans are excited to hear what he and Soyou have to offer as a duo. Both singers are known for their soft vocal stylings and control and ease when expressing lyrics.

Hong Dae Kwang previously had success with the song "Family" performed on Superstar K season 4.

Hong Dae Kwang's full album is set to be released on April 19.
