Is Teresa Giudice planning to divorce husband Joe from behind her prison bars?

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Joe Giudice said that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is suffering inside the prison.

"She's holding up. I can't say she's doing great but she looks good," he said. "She keeps her spirits up and tries to make us feel like she's OK but she's really not. She wants to be home."

Teresa Giudice has been in prison since January this year in connection to fraud. The "RHONJ" star will be released in December later this year. Joe Giudice, meanwhile, will start to serve his 41-month sentence by then.

Teresa Giudice also took a job inside the prison to while away the time, although her husband Joe has no idea what.

"She says she's got an easy job, she likes it, she doesn't wanna change, I think she wipes down a couple tables a day," he said. "She's done within three minutes and that('s) her job. I think she's making a dollar a day or maybe a dollar a month, I'm not sure."

The divorce rumors surfaced after photos of Joe Giudice allegedly cheating on Teresa Giudice surfaced.

Radar Online has published a series of photos that allegedly proved that Joe cheated on Teresa Giudice while the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is in prison.

The double date, where Joe was seated next to the unidentified woman, occurred at Seabra's seafood restaurant in Newark, New Jersey on April 29.

"He was with another girl and another couple," eyewitness Stephanie Palacios told the site. "He looked to be having a good time, having a conversation and laughing. He seemed very talkative."

Joe Giudice has not hinted of divorce during the conversation with Entertainment Tonight, and as Celebrity Dirty Laundry pointed out that cheating is not new for the entrepreneur.

"Joe Giudice was a womanizer before his wife went off to prison. Just ask former friend and co-star Jacqueline Laurita who confronted Teresa Giudice about Joe's adultery during a 'RHONJ' reunion," the article said.
