The fourth episode of "The Last Kingdom" will show on Halloween, Oct. 31 on BBC.
TV Guide, meanwhile, revealed the synopsis of the upcoming episode and would feature Uhtred knowing what have happened to him.
"King Alfred keep Uhtred close with a tactical play, but Uhtred soon realizes he's been tricked. Later: a great battle threatens Wssex," the post said.
Meanwhile, Radio Times recently revealed the characters of the show with comments from the actors themselves.
According to the report, lead actor Alexander Dreymon talked about his character Uhtred, who would be facing troubles left and right.
"When he goes to the allies of his Danish father he is rejected and considered a Saxon," Dreymon said. "And when he's with the Saxons he's seen as a Dane and so it's difficult to find his identity within these two worlds."
On the other hand, Alfred, who is the character opposite to Uhtred was talked about by author Bernard Cornwell, who claimed was created to bug the main character off.
"I deliberately made Uhtred a Pagan in order to create some tension with Alfred. In a sense he rather admires Alfred but at the same time he can't stand him."
