'Thor 3' 2017 Casting Plot Rumors: Mark Ruffalo Confirms Hulk, Thor And Loki Will Be In Thor 3 After Talks With Director Taika Waititi

'Thor 3' 2017 Casting Plot Rumors: "Thor: Ragnarok," the third installment in Marvel's "Thor" superhero movie series, is on its way. Ragnarok is a cyborg super-villain clone of Thor that was created by Iron Man himself Tony Stark along with Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) and Hank Pym (the original Ant-Man) when they thought Thor died in the Asgardian/Ragnarok Apocalypse.

Mark Ruffalo told USA Today that after talks with Thor 3 director Taika Waititi, he can confirm that Hulk, Thor and Loki will all appear in the movie.

"I don't know what the story is yet, but it'll be (Loki) and Thor, and then I'll be in there here and there," Mark Ruffalo told USA Today.

"But I don't know any of the particulars quite yet. I've talked to Taika a little bit and I like where it's headed. ... Chris (Hemsworth) and I have a really good time together, we goof off and play around when Tom Hiddleston is around. So it'll be a lot of funny back-and-forth, especially with Taika, he does that really well. It'll have that kind of antagonistic Odd Couple-thing going on."

"I am excited to keep coming back to this role," Mark Ruffalo told The Huffington Post. "I see a lot of space for it to grow."

Tom Hiddleston, who plays Thor's sometimes evil brother, Loki, previously admitted that Marvel simply hasn't filled him in on Thor 3 plans. Ray Stevenson, from HBO's "Rome," and Zachary Levi, who play two members of the Warriors Three, are still expecting a call from Marvel.

"I've heard that it's on the cards," Stevenson told IGN. "As far as Volstagg is concerned, should he be called with his other Warriors Three to protect young Thor again."

Jaimie Alexander, who plays Thor's childhood friend and fellow Asgardian warrior Sif has been cast for Thor 3, according to IMDB. Zachary Levi told Comic Book Resources that he hasn't heard whether he will reprise his role as Fandral in Thor 3.

Chris Hemsworth will get to film the sequel to his Thor blockbuster in Australia next year. Hemsworth has a family home in Byron Bay.

"Attracting these two blockbuster films cements Australia's place as one of the world's best filming locations," Australia's Minister for Communications and the Arts Mitch Fifield said during a press conference. "Australian crews and actors will also gain the skills and experience to further strengthen our capacity to produce high-quality films for Australian and international audiences."

"Thor: Ragnarok" is set to hit theaters on Nov. 3, 2017.
