Korean High School Student Goes Viral With Impressive Cover Of Adele's 'Hello'

The Internet is currently in awe of a South Korean high school student who may sing Adele's song "Hello" better than the British singer herself.

A clip published on Nov. 5 featuring a South Korean high school student singing "Hello" garnered more than 7 million views by Monday after it went viral. The unnamed student's rendition of the song racked up views after being shared on Reddit, Mashable, and other popular sharing sites.

The student was videoed singing her cover with her eyes closed while wearing her Seoul Music High School uniform and accompanied by other students from the same school.

According to comments on the YouTube video, the singer is named Ye Jin Lee. She is followed by more than 10,000 people on Facebook where she has shared several videos of herself singing a variety of songs, including the Ray Charles favorite "Hit The Road Jack" and Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball."

Along with being shared online, countless international news outlets have covered the rendition, including ABC, The Korea Times, The Daily Mail, NBC, People Magazine, and many others.
