Foo Fighters Cancels Rest Of Tour Following Paris Attacks, Band Pays Tribute

Following the deadly Paris attacks that happened a few days before, the Foo Fighters revealed that they have to cancel the rest of their tour, which is the last leg of their road shows.

In a report by Rolling Stone, the Foo Fighters revealed that they would be cancelling the rest of their European leg and that they have to reschedule in some other date.

"It is with profound sadness and heartfelt concern for everyone in Paris that we have been forced to announce the cancellation of the rest of our tour," the Foo Fighters posted on their official Facebook page.

"In light of this senseless violence, the closing of borders, and international mourning, we can't continue right now.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was hurt or who lost a loved one."

The Paris attacks claimed 127 lives and 118 people were killed at the Eagles Of Death Metal concert at Bataclan.

Other band such as U2, Deftones and other bands and artists that are scheduled to play in Paris in the next few days also cancelled their appearance including other European shows for the next few months, just like the Foo Fighters, following the Paris attacks.

Deftones also posted on their Facebook page, their heart felt sympathies regarding the Paris attack.

"We have been to Paris many, many times, and we've had some of the most amazing shows in this tremendously electric city," the band said.

"With this being said, and with our deepest condolences, love and respect to everyone affected, and to all of us who share this planet, we must return home to our loved ones. We will return when appropriate."

"For ticket holders, we will have more information soon, so please hang tight.

Until then, please never forget the power of gathering, and one of the most unbelievable feelings of all: that P.M.A."
