f(x) To Perform 6 Concerts Across Japan This February For Group's 1st Overseas Tour

The four ladies of hit K-pop group f(x) have announced their first-ever tour of Japan for early 2016.

The popular SM Entertainment group's Japan tour will follow their first domestic solo concert scheduled to take place in Seoul this coming January.

On Nov. 17, an insider at SM Entertainment told Korean news site TV Daily, "In February of 2016, f(x) will begin their Japan concert tour, performing six concerts across the nation.

In addition, SM Entertainment posted f(x)'s tour schedule on their official Japanese homepage. The schedule is as follows:

02/20 (Sat) Tokyo
02/21 (Mon) Tokyo
02/23 (Tue) Fukuoka
02/25 (Thu) Osaka
02/26 (Fri) Osaka
02/28 (Sun) Aichi

Regular seat tickets cost 7,900 yen (Approximately $64 USD), and seats that include an official concert lightstick cost 8,900 yen ($72 USD).

The Japan tour news comes after f(x) revealed that they would hold their first domestic solo concert in January 2016 at Olympic Stadium in Seoul. The 4-member group debuted in 2008, but never held a solo concert in 7 years. Due to the long wait, fans are said to be excited and eager to purchase tickets.

f(x) recently released their fourth studio album "4 Walls," the group's first release as four members since the departure of member Sulli (Choi Jin Ri).
