The "Days of Our Lives" Star formerly dated George Clooney when the two met on the set of "Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind" in 2002.
The 44-year-old actress has been married twice, divorcing Justin Morrit in 1999, while parting ways with Iranian-English rapper Mams Taylor in 2012.
And as the action heats up in "Castle" season 8, Nathan Fillion and Krista Allen have taken to their social media to share highlights of their burgeoning romance.
The "Baywatch Hawaii" actress' Instagram account is filled with photos of her and the 44-year-old Canadian actor.
In one shot, the two were pictured cuddling with the caption, "Just because. #significantdinner."
"Krista is super happy," Another source shared with US. "She's been kind of unlucky in love in the past and now she's found this genuinely nice guy who treats her well."
In the meantime, as "Castle" season 8 is anticipated to highlight more bonding moments between Rick Castle and Kate Beckett, news of the rumored romance between Nathan Fillion with Krista Allen is making the headlines, reported Design & Trend.
In a teaser released by ABC for the show's "Mr. and Mrs. Castle" episode, the couple will investigate the murder case of a cruise ship's entertainer.
Fans of the series believe that the one-screen pair will be able to eventually resolve their marital issues, as they will be spending more time away from colleagues and friends in the 12th precinct.
Over the past weeks, Kate has been trying to avoid her husband, while Rick has been doing everything to bring back the romance in their relationship.
But regardless of the conflicts which may ensue in "Castle" season 8, it seems that Nathan Fillion and Krista Allen will be playing sweet music together.
