Rumors about Blake Shelton's ex, Miranda Lambert, has been making the headlines, as she is allegedly secretly dating fellow country singer, Chris Young.
Since the rumor broke out, fans have been hyping up the possible relationship. According to them, it is only right that Lamber find a new guys since her ex has been rumored to be dating someone new as well.
While the rumor seems convincing to some, Chris Young has finally spoken up about the issue and has revealed that he is not dating Lambert. So much so, that he also denied claims that he allegedly caused the break-up between the former couple.
As quoted from Entertainment Tonight, Young has released a statement over on his Twitter page and explained how difficult it is for him to be put in the middle of the situation. He also cleared out that the fact that he is friends with both of them just makes it harder to deal with the issue especially when it's not true.
"Man it sucks that I got put in this situation with two people who are my friends," Young said. "It's just so weird getting pulled into something like that where it just wasn't true."
"I have not seen them, [but] I've definitely texted and called both of them," the singer added. "They're both good since [the last] time I've heard from them. As good as you can be."
"I was in touch with Blake all day that day," he coninued. "He was like, 'Dude, sorry.' I was like, 'I know man.'"
"They're both really great friends still, so it's just one of those things," he revealed, making it clear that he is still good friends with both Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. "That's kind of a byproduct of doing this and being in the spotlight I guess."
No word from Miranda Lambert have been released since Chris Young went public with his denial of the allegation.
