‘NBA 2k16’ Roster Update, Injuries Affect Ratings, Stephen Curry And GSW Increased

2K Sports and "NBA 2K16" has revealed a roster update, which includes ratings for different players, including Stephen Curry and LeBron James, among others.

In line with the holidays, The Latin Post revealed that 2K Sports has included Christmas jerseys and other Christmas gears on the latest "NBA 2K16" roster update.

As tweeted by NBA 2K, the official Twitter account of the game revealed the shirt update that includes the gingerbread man shirts for the MyPlayer game mode.

"Merry Swishmas! Deck your MyPLAYER out with brand new #NBA2K16 Christmas gear. Now available in the 2K Sports Store!"

As for the team and roster update for "NBA 2K16," Christian Post revealed what the update has included.

According to the report, reigning MVP Stephen Curry has been bumped up with one point after displaying a one-of-a-kind performance since the start of the season, as he is averaging 32.3 points, 5.3 rebound and 6 assists per game, as the Golden State Warriors enter the 2015-16 season with the best start in NBA history.

The Warriors, on the other hand, now has a 96 overall rating, which raised the bar up a notch once again.

"This increase has led him to be included in the Diamond level in MyTEAM for his Dynamic Rating Card," the report said. "And though a one-point increase may not seem so much, the increase in his points has placed the three-point hotshot in a tie with Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Shaquille O'Neal and the 1988-1989 version of Michael Jordan. A handful of players are rated higher than him and those are Magic Johnson, LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Michael Jordan."

A more detailed "NBA 2K16" roster updates were reported by IB Times where at least nine players have their ratings increased and a few players had their ratings fall down.
