FNC Entertainment Launches Pre-Trainee Neo School And Reveals 3 New Aspiring Stars

On Dec. 13, the Korean entertainment agency FNC Entertainment announced a new trainee system.

Neo School, FNC Entertainment's new pre-debut trainee program, was introduced on Sunday along with the introduction of several of the trainees currently housed by the entertainment agency. This is the first time FNC Entertainment has revealed yet-to-debut trainees ahead of an upcoming group.

Three of the first trainees, known individually and as a whole as "Neoz," were revealed earlier today.

The company revealed three male Neoz, or trainees. Video teasers, profiles, and photos of Neoz Taeyang, Juho, and Chani were posted on the official Neo School website and social media pages.

Taeyang's teaser showed off the trainee's dance skills, while Juho's faetured the Neoz member appearing to be rapping. The final teaser, showed Chani appearing to play the air guitar.

The release of the Neoz member's profiles came ahead of an anticipated male idol dance group from the entertainment agency.

FNC Entertainment, once known for its idol-bands like FTISLAND and CNBLUE, has become a major player in the K-pop industry with numerous popular acts signed to the label. The agency now houses AOA and several top stars, including comedian and MC Yoo Jae Suk.

The set up is similar to that of SM Entertainment's counterpart pre-trainee team, SM Rookies.
