A recent award received by Korean hip-hop trio Epik High may have revealed an upcoming album from the group.
Several top K-pop acts took home prizes at the 2016 iF Product Design Awards based on their album designs. But one winner, Epik High's "Feast," album is raising eyebrows because it hasn't been released yet.
The yet-to-be released Epik High album took home a prize for album design.
Little is known about "Feast" aside from the fact that it is an album that the group will put out sometime this year. Neither Epik High's label, YG Entertainment, nor the group's members discussed the award other than a basic announcement.
Earlier this month, Epik High's Tablo revealed that he plans to release a solo album in 2016, but the group has yet to announce a full group comeback as a follow up to 2014's highly successful album, "Shoebox."
YG Entertainment won 9 awards at the iF Design Awards. Epik High's "Feast" and "Shoebox" album both received awards for their album package design. Other K-pop acts, including Super Junior, f(x), Winner, EXO, Girls' Generation, Big Bang's Taeyang, and iKON also received recognition at the prestigious design awards ceremony.
