'Digimon Adventure Tri' 2nd Movie 'Determination' Trailer Revealed! [VIDEO]

When the first "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie "Reunion" premiered, binge watchers were likely excited to get a bunch of episodes all at once.

Unfortunately, they then had to wait until March to see the new ones.

The "Digimon Adventure Tri" second movie "Determination" release date is now only a few weeks away. In anticipation, Toei Animation began streaming a new trailer for the upcoming new anime movie, available to view below. "Digimon Adventure Tri Determination" will premiere on March 12.

So far, fans on Twitter are expressing excitement for the new "Digimon Adventure Tri Determination" trailer.

"This is rad as usual. Hopefully a dub happens soon," said 2SPOOKYMON.

Given the lack of home video licensing, it's not certain what the future holds for a "Digimon Adventure Tri" English dub. In fact, it seems licensing of Toei Animation series (besides "Sailor Moon Crystal") has been all-together halted, with even "Dragon Ball Super" not receiving streaming or home video licensing in North America.

Nevertheless, for those who are not familiar with the series, "Digimon Adventure Tri" is a sequel to the original 1999 "Digimon Adventure" anime series. The new films were created in celebration of the 15-year anniversary since the original anime series premiere.

The first film, "Sakai" ("Reunion") is now streaming online via Crunchyroll and was also released in theaters in Japan. According to reports, the "Digimon Adventure Tri" theatrical release earned 59 million yen (about $480,000) in the first two days within opening on Nov. 21 in Japan. The number appears small at first glance, but is impressive given that the release was limited to 10 theaters.

While there's still no official home video licensing for "Digimon Adventure Tri" outside of Japan, the remaining "Digimon Adventure Tri" anime parts will be streaming some time on Crunchyroll during the 2016 anime seasons.
