BTS Is Reaching New Heights!

BTS is not only taking the Kpop world by storm, but the actual world as well! 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' is breaking all the records and topping all the charts worldwide, and their success is not stopping there!

They're already on their 5th music show win with the recent results of SBS's "The Show," surpassing Ladies Code and I.O.I.

In addition to this, it was recently announced that the group would be receiving the Minister of Culture's Award at the 2016 Popular Culture and Arts Awards Ceremony. The ceremony, that will be taking place on October 27th, chooses it recipients based on their activities both domestically and internationally, contribution to their industry and society, and their reputation and popularity. BTS will be joining G-Dragon, who is up for the Prime Minister's Special Commendation Award, among a few others.

But that's not all on their list of achievements! 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' is taking to the big screen- or rather a bigger screen. 100 Feet of 55 inch LCD panels to be exact. Unfortunately, this is exclusive to Korean fans as the showcase will be up at the COEX Mall. The mall's "Underworld Panorama" will display all of the 'Wings' short films, the 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' music video, as well as unreleased BTS footage. The showcase will be up until November 6th and I have half a mind to fly there immediately! (Excuse my inner fangirl!)

Finally, on the list of recent achievements is something 'Wings' unrelated. BTS has finally joined the likes of Exo, Psy and Big Bang. Their 'Dope' music video is the first of theirs to reach 100 million views on YouTube! The music video was released last year as a part of the 'The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Part 1′ series, and was also the first of their tracks to have them nominated for awards on music shows.

Relive "Dope" here:

BTS doesn't seem to be showing signs of slowing down anytime soon, and we can only wait to see what new heights the group will be reaching. The group is also set to hold their 3rd Global Fanmeeting soon, in Seoul.
