MAMAMOO is back with their flawless powerful vocals that fit this yuletide season. On November 7, the girls of MAMAMOO released their fourth mini album entitled "Memory," which features 8 tracks that will fit all of your moods this season.
As written by Officially K-Music, the first track on their album which happened to be their album's title as well "그리고 그리고 그려봐 (Memory)!" just released its official music video last November 23. The MV just spells out what the Christmas season is all about.
In the MV, Solar, Hwasa, Wheein, and Moonbyul are seen in high spirits with pastel colored clothes as they write messages on letters and Christmas cards. They even took photos using a polaroid camera which they later hang on and some of the photos were put in a box as a Christmas gift. The girls are busy doing different tasks. According to an earlier article written here in Kpop Starz, the girls are busy preparing for the festivity where Wheein is seen slicing and tasting a cake and Solar is seen wrapping some gifts.
The first track which translates to "Draw, draw, draw" is a feel good jazz song which showcases the strong yet sweet vocals of the quartet. Fans of the four girls are surely aware that some tidbits of the song were already used as a teaser for their lead track in this album entitled "Decalcomanie" which brings out the mature and sexy side of the girls.
In recent news, MAMAMOO received the Top 10 award in the recently concluded 2016 Melon Music Awards alongside K-Pop forerunners EXO, BTS, and TWICE. They also received the Best Entertainer Award for the female category in the 2016 Asia Artist Awards.
Truly, there is no one who can stop the girls in influencing the K-Pop industry with their strong vocal offerings. Hwaiting, MAMAMOO! Watch their music video for "그리고 그리고 그려봐 (Memory)!" below.
