An idol becoming an actor is quite a lot recently. But they have to prove their acting in order to get the place in drama, movie or TV. There are many members in EXO that have tried acting in drama or movie. Among them is DO and Chanyeol.

It seems that Chanyeol is about to follow up his success in acting again. Chanyeol is a member in EXO from China that has sweet handsome face. He is also tall and his acting cannot be doubt again. He succeeded becoming the supporting role of Min Sung in the movie "Salut d'Amour" in 2015.

Another success, he was even nominated for The Most Popular Actor in 51st Baeksang Arts Awards, according to report from soompi. Another accomplishment, he acted as the main role for the movie "So I Married An Anti-Fan" where he was paired with Chinese actress. The movie was a big hit then.

Another waiting project, he is about to make his debut as an actor at TV. He will be a part of "Missing Nine" that will air on January 18th, according to report from kpopbehind. It will be the next huge step he takes as an actor.

Reaching this stage so far is a good thing for an idol. But he will face a new challenge. Acting in a movie and for TV drama will be difference. When he filmed for a movie, he needed to do his best to build the chemistry to act and the outcome could be seen right away after the release.

What about TV drama? There will be record of rating every week and it is always a new challenge to get higher rating. Moreover, it is a long period of working so he needs to be comfortable in his workplace.

In order to succeed in this new field, he needs to adapt well and be ready for every new challenge ahead. He might need some advice from DO who had succeeded for his appearance in "It's Okay, That's Love". Hope it will be another hit and we will be able to see more Chanyeol as an actor.
