Super Junior's Siwon Is About To Lose Big Amount Of Money For Making Bad Investment

Super Junior is about to comeback this year. But bad news comes from one of the members, Siwon. He was reported to sell his property lower than the price he bought. It is because of poor decision at choosing the place for his investment.

According to report from AsiaStarz, Siwon bought a building in Apgu-jeong along Rodeo Street in 2015. He paid for about 40 million won per 3.3 square meters. But later he learned that the actual prize for the building in that area is lower than that.

So, he made one mistake already. Next, he tried to renovate the building and add more money to this building. He even took loan in order to finish the renovation. But after he finishes the renovation, there is still no tenant at all until now.

The first reason for no tenants is that the space rent inside the building is not quite large. The place is not really good for business as it needs more space. The space is not ideal for a business.

The second reason is that the road is not really wide, making it hard for vehicles to come and go in big numbers. The third reason is the location. It is located near residential area, making it not so potential for business. Thus, people hesitate to rent on the building for business.

Knowing that, Siwon made a decision to sell the building and the property. He also reduced the price to sell it. Moreover, he needs to pay the rest of the loan he made. It is a bad decision for making an investment that way.

Through his mistake, he will learn something. Well, he needs to pay much for this learning actually. Fans are sad hearing for his loss, but they are also excited for Super Junior comeback. According to report from Yibada, they will have their comeback this year.

Super Junior will come back with most of the members since one member will finish his duty in 2018. As for the rest, they wait for Siwon's coming around August. So, let's just wait for them and hope Siwon will make a good investment later.
