The new season of "Law of the Jungle" will be held in Sumatra, and several cast members have already been announced. Actor Kwak Si Yang, along with BTOB members Peniel and Yook Sungjae will be part of "Law of The Jungle in Sumatra."
AllKPop reports that IOI/Gugudan member Kim Se Jung has already been cast. As of now, the other cast members are still being processed. But fans of the show should expect an announcement very soon as Soompi confirms that filming will likely begin during the Lunar New Year Weekend.
The latest season of the show, which is currently being shown every 10 pm on Fridays has the cast members surviving Kota Manado, found in Indonesia. The current season has the theme "Rising Star of 2017" and features celebrities such as Yoon Jung-soo, Kim Young-chul, Kangnam from M.I.B., Sol Bi, Sungyeol from INFINITE, Jin from BTS and many more.
The show has been airing since 2011, with audiences tuning into the celebrities antics and strategies in coping with the local people and environment that they will be living at. The islands where the celebrities are shipped off to vary, with places as far as Africa and Russia being chosen.
In the next season, the cast will be at Sumatra, also found in Indonesia. It will be interesting to see how the cast will adapt not only to the locale but also to each other in "Law of the Jungle in Sumatra."
