BTS fans are a less than a month away from hearing the latest Bangtan Boys single. Along with the new single, Big Hit Entertainment has confirmed that BTS will be releasing their newest album and a release date has been set.
In October 2016, the ever popular BTS group released their album titled "Wings," and needless to say it was a big hit. The group also nabbed multiple awards from a variety of music awards including the 31st Golden Disk Awards, the MNET Asian Music Awards, and the Seoul Music Awards.
There have been multiple rumors about a new album being released by BTS, however, fans speculated that it was very unlikely. Given that the group has quite a lot on their plate for 2017 including appearances in award shows and even a world tour. The said rumors started during the KBS Song Festival when BTS unveiled a revamped logo of "Wings." Despite the suspicious logo release, fans still did not get their hopes sky high about a new BTS album.
However, this time, rumors stayed true. The good news is, BTS is finally releasing another album in 2017 and it is said to be an extended version of "Wings." According to International Business Times, Big Hit Entertainment announced on Jan. 23 that BTS will release "Wings: You Never Walk Alone" on Feb. 13.
However, reports claim that there has yet to be any official information about the music videos and the tracks within "Wings: You Never Walk Alone." Moreover, Soompi claims that BTS has not yet decided on the concept of the album. Despite the latter, everyone in the group has their eyes set on releasing the highly anticipated comeback album on Feb.13.
Fans who are excited to get their hands on a copy of BTS' "Wings: You Never Walk Alone" can already pre-order a copy of the album. Several reports claim that pre-orders are already being taken as of Jan. 25.
