Emilia Clarke, who has starred in the "Game of Thrones" series as Daenerys Targaryen, will play the lead in the movie "The Beauty Inside." The character she will play was originally played by Hallyu star Han Hyo Joo, who most recently starred in the hit drama "W", with Lee Jong Suk.
Koreaboo reports that Fox 2000 bought the rights to do a remake of the 2015 film for $2 million. The movie's plot centers around a man who, upon waking up each day, finds himself inhabiting a different body. Sometimes he wakes up a handsome young man, but there are days when he wakes up as a young boy or an old man, and there are also days when he wakes up as a woman.
Emilia Clarke will be playing the female lead, who the male lead falls in love with. Every day, his goal is to spend as much time as possible with the woman who loved him, despite the weirdness of his situation.
The Hollywood Reporter states that the pitch for the film came from Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, who both were the screenwriters for the film "The Fault in Our Stars", the film based on John Green's bestselling novel and young love and cancer.
Emilia Clarke has been slowly gaining stardom since she started acting in the series "A Game of Thrones." Her most recent movie is "Me Before You," a movie based on the novel of Jojo Moyes. She has also been cast in the "Star Wars" Han Solo stand alone film which will star actor Alden Ehrenreich.
There is still no news on who will be the several actors who will be playing the male lead who will capture her heart. What do you think of this news?
