As reported by Allkpop, this certain subject fan has a hard time obtaining official EXO goods because of the distance. So, the fan had to invent and come up other remedies. Photos of what this EXO-L did to make up for his lack of official EXO paraphernalia have, accordingly been roaming the web recently.
Instead of displaying a collection of EXO albums or posters, this fan apparently resorted to planting what looks like lettuce, to form an outline of his favorite group's name or logo. EXO-L is the name given to EXO fans.
Seemingly, a netizen reacted with a comment that said that the fan could sooner or later be disappointed. This could happen because when the plants grow big, it will eventually cover the EXO name and logo. Other netizens nonetheless, positively said that it looks like fun, and they wanted to try it too. One netizen accordingly asked if she could try growing NCT lettuce.
EXO is a South Korean-Chinese boy group based in Seoul. It was, according to Wikipedia, formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2011. The group debuted in 2012 with twelve members that diverged into two subgroups, Exo-K and Exo-M. EXO-K is performing music in Korean while EXO-M is doing it in Mandarin.
The group's first album XOXO, which included the breakthrough hit "Growl," was accordingly a commercial success.
