Former 2NE1 members Sandara Park, CL and Park Bom are showing their all-out support for Gong MInzy's first album UNO and want the world to know about it. The former 2NE1 members are showing their fans how proud they are of their beloved maknae who recently released her first solo album.
Sandara was the latest to post on her Instagram a cute photo of herself holding a signed copy of Gong Minzy's album. "A signed CD of our Minzy! Thank you -- We [the members of 2NE1] will always support you! NINANO," she said referring to Minzy's hit single, Soompi reported.
CL also shared a photo of Minzy's new album on her own Instagram and shared how proud she was of her little sis. "Congratz @_minzy_mz on your EP proud of you chasing your dreams," she posted with a smiley face. Park Bom also tweeted her own autographed copy of Minzy's first album and thanked the fans for their support for their friend.
Sandara, in an earlier interview, denied any discord among the members of 2NE1 when Minzy failed to attend the VVIP premiere of her debut movie "One Step" last month. Sandara maintained that nothing has changed in the relationship of the former 2NE1 members and they constantly keep in touch despite having separate schedules.
It can be recalled that 2NE1 disbanded last year after 7 years of going strong as the K-pop group. Gong Minzy also decided to sign with a new label, Music Works to pursue a solo career. She is the first among the 2NE1 members to come out with her solo album. CL is working with Justin Bieber's agent Scooter Braun to take on the international stage while Park Bom is also expected to release her solo material this year.
After the positive reception of her first movie "One Step", Sandara has signed on to appear in the "Cheese in the Trap" movie adaptation. She has announced that she plans to release her solo album this summer and launch her own clothing line and youtube channel, Kpopstarz reported.
