Lee Beom Soo And Rain Turn Down 'X-Men' Movie Role Offer For Korean Bio Film

There is a new and upcoming "X-Men" movie, and it is reported that popular South Korean actor, Lee Beom Soo, has just been offered a role. The said movies were reported to be "The Dark Phoenix" and "New Mutants."

Reports have it that Lee Beom Soo has just turned down a very good and major role offer for the upcoming "X-Men" movies. There have also been previous reports that Rain also had the chance to be part of the Hollywood franchise.

With this, reports have it that Lee Beom Soo is impressed of Rain because of his passion in the industry. Unfortunately, even Rain had also turned down the role because he has another project to do. And that project is for a South Korean biographical film entitled, "Uhm Bok-dong."

According to Comic Book, Lee Beom Soo says that Rain would have started filming the "X-Men" movie by July. However, this would be in direct conflict with the filming of the Korean biofilm as it will be filmed until August.

For now, it is reported that "The Dark Phoenix" will start filming this coming July. With this, it might possibly be that Rain will show up in "New Mutants."

One can clearly see that Lee Beom Soo and Rain are indeed loyal South Koreans and that they would do the best of what they can to prioritize their local films first. Even though how enticing and groundbreaking that would mean for them, they still chose to finish the filming of "Uhm Bok-dong".

This is a testament to the loyalty and patriotism of some of the brightest South Korean stars to their local entertainment industry. Let's hope the best for them and hopefully, this will lead for future generations to propel the K-pop movie and music genre to greater heights.
