Watch TWICE Record The Japanese Version of Their Debut 'Like OOH-AHH': 'Nation's Girl Group' Bridges Gap Between The People of Japan and S. Korea

TWICE will be spreading their love towards their Japanese fans! The "Nation's Girl Group" has recorded the Japanese version of "Like OHH-AHH" to be released this month.

Summer 2017 will be the mark of TWICE's debut in Japan. As reported by All Kpop, the girl group will be releasing a Japanese version of their debut song "Like OHH-AHH" within the month.

Similarly, all of TWICE's hit songs will be having a Japanese version for their Japanese fans. These include "Cheer Up", "Knock Knock", and "TT" just to name a few.

In light of this, TWICE gave their fans a short behind the scenes teaser of them recording the Japanese iteration of "Like OHH-AHH". The members showcased their Nihongo speaking (or singing) skills.

TWICE will be making their official Japanese debut on Sunday, July 2. On the other hand, the Japanese versions of the songs will be made available on Wednesday, 28.

In other news, TWICE has been slowly mending relations between the people of Korea and Japan. This is thanks to 3 of their Japanese members Sana, Momo, and Mina.

As reported by Koreaboo, the Japanese news company NHK made a report about the girl group. Thanks to TWICE, the "hate" that existed between the Japanese and Korean people has significantly decreased.

This "hate" started when Korea was made part of the Empire of Japan in 1910, after the end of the Korean Empire. Japanese rule over Korea ended after World War II.

The relations between two countries improved after the Second World War. However, there were still issues of Koreans hating the Japanese people and vice versa.

Thanks to TWICE's Japanese members, however, the Korean and Japanese people have slowly opened their hearts and gradually accepting each other's culture. Good going girls!

Meanwhile, watch TWICE's short teaser of their Japanese version of "Like OOH-AHH" down below. Also, catch the "Nation's Girl Group's" Japanese debut on July 2.
