Danish swimsuit model Nina Agdal dressed up for her prom date with Jake Davidson, after Kate Upton rejected the L.A. teenage boy due to her busy schedule.

Nina Agdal, 21, asked Jake Davidson if she could replace Kate Upton, 20, as his date, now that Kate Upton had turned down the offer. Davidson did not hesitate to say yes to Agdal, a sexy model for Victoria's Secret, Billabong, and Sports Illustrated.

On Thursday night, Nina Agdal dressed up for prom in a moss green, halter-top grown and posed with Davidson for a picture just before they headed to the dance.

The prom was held at the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica, California. After the night, Jake Davidson wrote on Twitter, "night of my dreams!"

He also did not forget to thank his beautiful date by saying, "@NinaAgdal you are the best! thanks so much for everything."

According to Jake Davidson's mother, Nina Agdal's offer to replace Kate Upton as prom date happened when Jake was awaiting a reply from Upton.

"Jake was waiting to hear from Kate and when Nina heard about it, she said 'If Kate can't go, I'd like to go' because she never got to go to her prom," said Davidson's mother, Cheryl.

Although Jake Davidson did not get to go with the woman of his dreams, he ended up enjoying his date with Nina Agdal.

In an interview with The Hollywood Gossip, Jake said, "This prom has been incredible. Nina Agdal is like so down to earth. Really cool, really nice. It was a great day. I really enjoyed it."

Nina Agdal also expressed her appreciation for Jake, tweeting, "Had such a great prom night. Thank you @jakedavidson23 for being an awesome date!"
