NCT 127, whose new six-track EP "We Are Superhuman" clinched the 11th spot on Billboard 200, just capped off their North American Tour. Following their well-received comeback, members Mark, Taeyong, Yuta, and Haechan made an appearance at SBS PowerFM's "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time" to talk about their concert series and Billboard ranking.
"We were also filming when they told us we got onto Billboard's main chart. Everyone was really surprised, and I felt very strange. We felt that a lot of people are giving us love, and the people around us are working very hard," Taeyong shared.
"Although it still feels surreal, I was really happy that the result of our hard work showed like this," Yuta added.
Mark then chimed in, "While filming, they stopped everything and revealed [the ranking] and it really felt like a movie to be able to feel that moment with all the staff members."
As for Haechan, he said he feels grateful to the NCTzens (their fanbase name) and vows to work harder, "We stayed in the U.S. for about a month while on our U.S. tour, and I feel proud and touched that the fans enjoyed our hard work."
The boy group hasn't been in South Korea for quite a while as they were busy holding concerts in Asia and America. They just recently culminated the North American leg of their concert series and also confessed that they missed Korea while they were overseas.
"We ate a lot of kimchi stew while abroad, but it's different from eating it in Korea," the group exclaimed.
Mark, who was born and raised in Canada, shared the time they held concerts in Toronto and Vancouver.
"It was so, so good. I felt refreshed for the first time in a while. The fans also especially welcomed me, so it became a good memory," he said.
Meanwhile, when they were asked who they think is the visual among them, they said it's Taeyong. The boy group's leader then complimented their good looks as well by saying, "All of our members [are top] visuals."
Mark then added, "It's a face I see every day, but there are times I still get surprised. I don't say it out loud, but there are times I think it on the inside."
Yuta agreed by saying, "He's really good looking. He's No. 1 in the world."
At the end of their guests, the group expressed their gratitude to their fans who continuously support their music.
