Search for an alternative airport other than ICN. You can save money if you choose an alternate airport like Busan's Gimhae International Airport or Gimpo International Airport.

7. Bring your passport while shopping. In South Korea, foreigners are entitled to claim a refund in Value-Added Tax. Research before you flies because there are several restrictions based on how long are you staying and which stores. Stores can either give you immediate tax refunds or give you a global tax-free receipt. You can use global tax receipts to claim an hour tax refund at all participating airports.
