Former PRISTIN member Kyla is soon to reveal the reasons behind her group's disbandment.
Recently, the K-Pop idol answered some questions from her fans on Instagram regarding her girl group and the K-Pop industry. One fan asked, "Do you think becoming a trainee is worth the chance of debut?" Kyla answered, "If you have the drive and passion for this job, then yes, it's definitely worth it. Just make sure you're in a company that will support and pushes you."
Another question a fan gave her was, "Will you talk about what happened to Pristin when you open your YouTube channel?" The singer responded, "The plan is to have that as my first video," which shocked many Highs, official fan club name of PRISTIN, and made them anticipate for the artist's first YouTube video.
Since many rumors were surrounding the girls when they went hiatus until their official disbandment, many fans are curious about what had happened to the group. And so when Kyla told the HIghs about her plan, the fans can't wait until the songstress uploads the video on her YouTube channel.
Prior to the girl group's disbandment, many fans hinted that Kyla is no longer part of PRISTIN and that the group might be disbanded already. In April 2019, they discovered that member Kyla was working in a carnival in the U.S, which is her home country. The fans were more convinced that she left PRISTIN when she created her personal Instagram account, with her first post having the caption, "And so the adventure begins."
Moreover, Kyla went back to Korea sometime before her group disbanded, so HIghs believed that she only came back to finish things with Pledis Entertainment, which will result to her contract being terminated.
Kyla is the rapper, vocalist, and maknae of South Korean girl group PRISTIN. Pledis revealed her as a member in 2017. That same year, the girls debuted on March 21 with a mini-album called "Hi! PRISTIN, with its lead single "Wee Woo." The group was originally called "Pledis Girlz," and was renamed to what is now called PRISTIN.
