EXO-Ls have one good reason to make this year’s summer more memorable.
According to SM Entertainment’s statement on August 22, K-pop powerhouse EXO is set to release their sophomore vacation-themed photo book this September 10. Called “PRESENT ; the moment,” this will feature beautiful snapshots taken from their Hawaii trip.
This project will serve as a follow-up to their “PRESENT ; gift” photo book released earlier in April this year. Also featuring Hawaiin photo souvenirs, the book gave fans an exclusive look at the K-pop stars’ much-deserved break in the popular island.
In their upcoming book, members Suho, Xiumin, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O, Kai, and Sehun can be seen blissfully enjoying the beaches and meadows of Hawaii.
Pre-orders began on the same date of the announcement.
Celebrating their 7th anniversary this year, EXO is set to embark on their fifth world tour aptly called “Exo Planet #5 - Exploration.” The group will have shows in Manila (August 23-24), Singapore (September 15), Thailand (September 20-22), Taiwan (September 28-29), and Japan (October 11-13, 18-19, 22-23; December 20-22).
The nine-piece act will mostly be performing with only six members as Xiumin and D.O. are currently serving in the army while Lay has work commitments in China.
Even while they’re touring as a group, EXO-Ls can also show their support to the boy band through their several individual and unit projects.
Baekhyun will be joining the cast of “Five Cranky Brothers,” a JTBC variety show that will air coinciding with the Chuseok holiday. He will co-star alongside Seo Jang Hoon, Park Joon Hyun, Kim Jong Kook, and Joo Woo Jae.
Sehun and Chanyeol, which recently debuted as a duo unit, also continue to rank high on Billboard’s World Album Charts. On the week ending on August 24, their debut EP “What A Life” ranked at No. 10.
Earlier this month, SM Entertainment has also confirmed the speculations that EXO members Baekhyun and Kai will be part of SuperM, a super boy group that also includes SHINee’s Taemin, NCT's Taeyong and Mark, and WayV's Lucas and Ten. Teaming up with Capitol Music Group, this act is slated for debut in October.
