WayV is the fourth subunit of NCT based in China making WayV the first sub-unit in NCT based out of Korea. WayV is under S.M Entertainment's China-exclusive label, Label V with the sub-unit consisting of Kun, Ten, WinWin, Lucas, Xiao Jun, Hendery, and YangYang. The group is gearing up for a return with their second mini-album "Take Over the Moon." WayV shared both a symbol image and a teaser schedule for their return. The date of their new release has yet to be shared, however, an MV will be released on October 29.
Many fans are now wondering how will it all work out with two members, Lucas, and Ten currently preparing for their debut with SuperM.
WayV is a subunit of NCT that is managed by SM Entertainment's Chinese label, Label V. They most recently made a comeback in May with "Take Off."
"Take Off" is described by the group as an "urban dance genre track with powerful trap drum sounds and a catchy club bassline." The song was created by Mike Charles Daley and Mitchell Owens with Chinese lyrics by Yan Yunnong. "Take Off" peaked at number one on the Chinese QQ chart.
