The MAMA Awards were held yesterday and like the previous year, K-pop band EXO made a decision to not attend this year's event. Since 2018 the huge EXO fans club declared that EXO-LS will not vote for MNET awards because they will not contribute and support this award show.

It is said that there is evidence that this event is manipulated. According to the fans, this particular event is showing disrespect towards some certain artists especially EXO and their supporters and fans. A lot of the K-pop fans who watched the show claimed that they were extremely surprised and upset at some of the impolite acts throughout the night mostly towards the K-pop group EXO who did not even bother to attend the said event.

The fans with no delay made sure that they are able to record what they saw and spread it on the internet. As the show went on the anger grew even more because the show made more disrespectful moves. There were some videos of the event posted by MNET on social media but was later on deleted by MNET.MNET also have remained silent with the issue and has yet to release an apology to the affected k-pop group EXO and their fans.

The said MAMA awards formerly faced counteraction for duplicating EXO's VCR. There were proof that the award show was rigged because EXO was supposedly gonna win most of the awards that they were nominated for at the previous MAMA awards since they were qualified for the criteria of the awards.

G-Dragon was also upset with the MAMA when he performed pointing out that the show is being rigged when 2EN1 was meant to win an award but for some reason did not. Just only now that some people are starting to believe that MNET shows and awards are syndicated. Some people and fans refuse to believe it until their particular Idols or the k-pop group they cared about are already affected.

One more thing that made the fans furious was that MNET tried to manipulate and falsify the viewer's opinions and memories about the preceding years by fabricating EXO member's tears for the last attendance of the group in the MAMA. The last time they attended the event was the year 2017 where they received the album of the year award. In 2017 the EXO members and also their fans were very traumatized because MNET cut EXO's performance and it was very disrespectful.

They event confiscated EXO-L's light-sticks to give the group a blackout. It is clear that the MAMA was doing these things to prevent EXO from winning the award.What is stated above are only a few reasons why EXO-Ls and K-pop fans are asking for an apology. In my opinion, I think they do deserve the apology that they are asking. Anyways, we can only wish for this issue to end and both parties could be able to resolve the issue and move forward.
