Chaeyoung, a member of the group TWICE, has complained of damage from the cell phone number leak. "I think it is too late to wait for a moment for me to step back without saying anything," Chaeyoung said. "The 11 numbers that may not mean anything were posted on the Internet through a person with no consideration or respect [...] Not only me but also our precious members and many other idol groups in our company."

"And don't insult our fans who are sending us attention and support and love in such tight packages. I'm not a person who gets easily swayed by these problems. I'm not writing because I can't control my anger. I just want you to know exactly what's wrong. It's a shameful act," she added.

Following TWICE's Chaeyoung, Nayeon and Dahyun have also suffered from bad fans.

The person who leaked Chaeyoung's number was known to be a German man who became known as a stalker for Nayeon as well. "I spread Chaeyoung's number with good intentions," he said as fans bombarded him with criticism from Chaeyoung's public sniper. "Please delete the Instagram post. Fans threaten to hurt me," he said, drawing further criticism after leaving a tweet.

Previously, the man stalked Nayeon and bought her public information. On the first day, JYP Entertainment said on its official community, "There was a big commotion on the plane, including a stalker from abroad who was on a flight back from Japan today, trying to gain continuous access to the members themselves. Fortunately, there was no direct damage to the artist, but he is expressing a lot of discomfort and anxiety."

Nayeon applied for police protection and warned her not to approach the stalker, but the stalker remained obstinate. Also, Dahyun had earlier appealed to him to stop the distribution of her personal information that leaked immediately. Although music fans around the world love TWICE, it is saddening that people have the urge to invade personal privacy and information leaks.

The agency said, "We have confirmed the circumstances in which TWICE member Chaeyoung's personal information (phone number) has been leaked online and is being circulated illegally, and based on this, we have contacted Chaeyoung. Illegal leakage, dissemination of personal information, and unauthorized contact of the parties may be subject to legal action in violation of the Privacy Act."

"We have also identified certain cases in which the information has been publicly posted on SNS and kept in contact with the person in charge of collecting the information without permission and obtained definitive evidence has obtained. In response, we like to inform you that we will file an immediate complaint against you for violating the Privacy Act. The indiscriminate leakage of personal information and the abandonment of it are causing great distress and discomfort. To prevent this, I repeat that we will continue to take stern action against all available actions and confirm these cases."

With this news that scattered in different social media, the known stalker decided to go back to his country and left a message to the public.

"I went back to Germany. I want to make Nayeon happy.

There are a lot of false information about me on the Internet. I wish Nayeon knew I had strong feelings about her. Nayeon, I want you to know that I truly love you. I hope you'll forgive me if I've bothered you. I hope one day we can talk to each other. Nayeon, I love you with all my heart."
