MAMAMOO's Moonbyul, in a laid-back and heart-to-heart talk with her members, shared that she once encountered a drunk man in Jeju where the group was having fun.
The recent girls talk they had on camera is when the members are caught recalling the unforgettable and happy memories they shared with each other before, and when they were still trainees.
Moonbyul reminisced the moments where they were less worried about anything before and was even shocked to realize the difference and the weight of the things they do before compared to now as a fully debuted group MAMAMOO.
Sharing how they would just eat and go home whenever they want to Moonbyul said, "Wow, back then we just ate and just went home whenever we wanted."
She even explained that maybe the reason why people could easily come up to them is that they first made their appearance in the public as very light and friendly individuals. This is where Moonbyul recalled the time where the group MAMAMOO encountered a drunk man in Jeju while eating and having fun.
They were shocked to hear the words coming from the man saying, "Live properly."
There may be a lot of reasons behind what the drunk man said but all the members who heard it were completely stunned and upset about it, especially Moonbyul who reflected the impact of the drunk man's words.
"I couldn't sleep when I got home, it made us really think it over," Wheein shared.
Wheein even expressed her disappointment to people who can just treat them unfairly just because they are popular and celebrities.
Wheein gets teary-eyed as she opened what she felt after the encounter with the stranger. The leader of the group Solar then jumped in to give Wheein a piece of advice to comfort her.
Solar said, "I know I won't always be receiving praise, but this is a path I chose for myself. Accepting it, and then finding ways to conquer it is what matters the most."
Moonbyul is indeed grateful for being part of the MAMAMOO K-pop group, and that she is not a solo artist.
She said, "I could not imagine the feeling and I am sure I am not going to be able to hold on to unpleasant situations like this."
MAMAMOO ended their heart-to-heart talk by telling each other how thankful they are that they each other's back in times like this, just like a real family.
MAMAMOO is under the management of Rainbow Bridge World formerly WA Entertainment. The group consists of four members: Moonbyul, Solar, Wheein and Hwasa.
MAMAMOO debuted on June 18, 2014, along with their single "Mr. Ambiguous."
