The legal counsel of the late KPOP star, Goo Hara's brother finally spoke about the lawsuit against the siblings' mother. Attorney Noh Jong Uhn gave his statement through media outlets on the 12th of March.
Earlier, Goo Ho-In took to social media to express his misery over his late younger sister, Goo Hara. Recently, he had an interview with "AccessShowbiz Tonight" to deliver his side about the claims of their non-existent mother. His revelations shocked the mob; as he revealed that he is filing a lawsuit against their absentee parent who is trying to acquire 50% of Hara's properties.
The lawyer of Goo Ho-In said:
"Their biological mother Song moved out of their home when Hara was barely 9 years old, and they haven't been in communication for more than 20 years. It can't be contradicted that while she was still living, Hara often expressed exasperation, regret, and worthlessness about their biological mother. Their biological mother's abandonment has resulted in mental sufferings due to trauma which caused a huge impact in her life."
He continued, "Goo Ho-In was terribly stunned by such unreasonable claims of their mother while her non-involvement in their lives is obvious. Therefore, he decided to sue their biological mother for the assets and liabilities."
He also added, "From the point of view of humanity and equality before the law, Hara's mother must convey her deep condolences for Hara and let go of the inheritance instead of pursuing it. We request for your concern and support, so we can build up our humanity in a more enviable way."
Goo Hara's untimely passing brought so much pain to her beloved brother. He feels empathetic towards her in knowing that their non-existent mother who has caused his younger sibling's misery; is taking its toll by strongly aiming for the late KPOP star's rich properties.
Goo Ho-In has expressed his much disappointment on this current situation, and whether this may seem like an awkward battle between a son and a mother; he is not being moved.

KPOP Idol Goo Hara died in November 24, 2019 in her house and police announced that the possible death is suicide for a suicide note was noted in the scene. Prior to this, she was rushed to the hospital for committing the same act which might be triggered to a scandal she was dragged in with former boyfriend of which she became the subject of cyber bullying. Goo Hara's fans were deeply saddened of her untimely passing.
