The Korean R&B singer and Fly to the Sky member Hwanhee was caught drunk driving on March 21st. The Gyeonggi Yongin Provincial Police Department released a statement saying that Hwanhee was caught but was not detained. The singer has violated several traffic laws including driving under the influence of alcohol.

The incident happened on March 21 at 6:00 AM KST in the Bojeong Neighborhood of Ginheung Yongin. Hwanhee caused a minor accident colliding into an infrastructure. After the news broke out, the singer's agency H2media also released an official statement. They said:

"We are H2media, Hwanhee's agency.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the unfortunate situation caused by one of our artists, Hwanhee. It is true that he was driving while intoxicated and we would not make excuses for it. It is wrong and we deeply apologize for it.

We have already talked with Hwanhee and he has also decided to fully cooperate with the questioning and police investigations. He is willing to face appropriate charges and consequences.
