Singer Baek Ji Young and Former Wanna One member turned actor-singer Ong Seong Wu will release a new duet song on the 12th of May!
The collaboration duo will release their duet song titled "Any Words" (literal title) at 6 PM on the said date. The agency Tri-Us said in an official statement, "The realistic lyrics of the song and the mournful expression of the two will stimulate public consensus."
The song "Any Words" depicts the sad emotion of letting go. Baek Ji Young's agency explained that the realistic lyrics of the song and the gloomy expressions of the two would definitely attract the public's attention and love.
In particular, Baek Ji Young received a lot of love every time she released a collaboration song with her junior singers. Some of her collaboration with idols include the songs, "Candy in My Ears" with Taecyeon from 2 pm and "Garosugil in the Dawn" with Superstar6 and Produce X 101 Contestant Song Yu Bin, which is why expectations are high for her new song "Any Words" together with Ong Seong Wu.
It is expected that the two will be able to show a glimpse of their teamwork through the teaser studio video of their new song shared on the official SNS account of Tri-Us Entertainment. This has also been the first-ever duet song that Ong Seong Wu collaborated with and is expected by a lot of his fans after the promotion of his debut album "Layers" back in March.

He also added that he is accepting the new work as a blessing rather than a burden. He talked about the lingering feelings he had as well on his previous appearance on JTBC's "Moment of Eighteen," saying, "Jun Woo is such a warm character that he remains inside of me."
